Arto Ihantoja, known as 'Mr. Robot,' boasts 25 years of extensive experience in information systems, automation, processes, software solutions, development, methods, technologies, architectures, management, and leadership.

His expertise spans across areas such as R&D, competence development, intelligent automation (IA), robotic process automation (RPA), Robotic Center of Excellence (CoE), Robotic Operation Center (ROC), Robots as a Service (RaaS), virtual workforce management, governance models, and lean style way of working.

Arto is a forward-thinker interested in the future hybrid workforce management and collaborative models between humans, virtual workers, mechanical workers, and information systems.

He actively engages in personal projects, utilizing tools like deep learning, genetic algorithms, and discrete event simulation to explore solutions for estimating and optimizing future hybrid workforce utilization.

Currently, Arto holds the position of Director Consulting at CGI and has previously served in various leadership roles at CGI, Logica, Novo Group Oyj, TT-Tieto, and VTTK.
