Arti Sharma is a passionate Diversity & Inclusion practitioner and advocate, with a strong educational background in Global Studies.

Arti studied at prestigious institutions such as Cornell University, UC Santa Barbara for her Bachelor of Science, and New York University for her Master of Science, all in Global Studies.

With a wealth of experience in the field, Arti has held significant roles in various organizations focusing on Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion.

Currently, Arti serves as a Senior Specialist at Klaviyo, leading initiatives related to equity, diversity, and inclusion.

Prior to Klaviyo, Arti held the position of Senior Program Manager at Micron Technology, where she contributed to programs promoting diversity, equality, and inclusion.

Her career includes roles such as Diversity and Inclusion Program Manager at VMware, Corporate Engagement Manager at Out & Equal, Associate at Silicon Valley Community Foundation, and Global Founder Friday Coordinator at Women 2.0.

Arti has also been actively involved in the community, serving as a Board Member at YNPNsfba, Events Coordinator at Habitat for Humanity Greater San Francisco, and Community Engagement Manager at Juma Ventures.

She has also supported initiatives at The White House Project and Twitter, where she served as an Inclusion, Diversity, Equity, and Accessibility Business Partner within the Engineering space.
