Arti Rai is a highly accomplished individual with a strong academic background and impressive professional experience in the legal field.

She pursued her education at prestigious institutions, obtaining a Doctor of Jurisprudence from Harvard Law School and a Bachelor of Arts in Biochemistry and History from Harvard University.

Arti Rai currently holds the esteemed position of Elvin R Latty Professor at Duke University School of Law, where she imparts her knowledge and expertise to the next generation of legal professionals.

Prior to her role at Duke University, she served as the Administrator of the Office of External Affairs at the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO), where she played a pivotal role in shaping external communications and partnerships.
