Arthur Muller is a prominent figure in the field of AI solutions for the public sector, serving as the Co-founder and Chief Product Officer at eXplain. His career began in 2009 with McKinsey & Company as an Associate, where he gained significant experience in strategic consulting. In 2012, he played a crucial role as the Field Director for François Hollande's presidential campaign, managing extensive voter mobilization efforts. That same year, he also served as an Advisor to the Director General of Education at the French Ministry of Education.12
In 2013, Muller co-founded Liegey Muller Pons, a company specializing in data analysis and technology for political campaigns. As Chief Product Officer, he was instrumental in developing predictive modeling for election results and creating a software application aimed at organizing campaign volunteers. His work with Liegey Muller Pons has impacted over 1,500 campaigns across five countries, including significant contributions to Hollande's 2012 and Macron's 2017 presidential campaigns.12
Muller has also been involved in academia as a Lecturer at Sciences Po, where he taught courses on political campaign data and strategy. His educational background includes studies at Ecole normale supérieure, where he graduated at the top of his class, and further studies at Harvard University focusing on Philosophy and public policy.13
Currently, at eXplain, Muller leads product development efforts and is focused on leveraging AI to improve public sector data accessibility. Under his leadership, eXplain has seen significant growth, securing numerous clients and expanding its technological capabilities.24
