Arthur Mellors

Arthur Mellors is an experienced professional with a diverse background, having started his career by addressing global challenges in conflict zones like Afghanistan, Pakistan, Somalia, and Tunisia. These experiences instilled in him the importance of humility, testing assumptions, and working closely with those affected by the issues at hand. His career transitioned to helping businesses improve customer experiences through Service Design and strategic thinking. Arthur holds a Masters of Science from the University of Bath, studied Service Design at Academy Xi, and achieved a Bachelor of Arts, graduating Cum Laude from the University of North Carolina at Pembroke. He has held key roles such as Service Design Manager and former CX Lead at Bunnings, Director at Nous Group, Senior Manager at Aktis Strategy Ltd, Senior Consultant at Atos Consulting, and Manager at Coffey, A Tetra Tech Company.
