IoT Product Owner - OBS Russia

Agile working group reporting to Orange Board, which took part in the deployment of COVID-related measures decided by the group. Worked with the head of all Orange entities in updating the decisions and in the control of the correct application of the measures.

TaskForce - COVID Measures

• Coordinate and animate the team of 25 sellers to reach client excellence and all business indicators of the largest store in the west of France
• Rethinking store operations as a response to COVID. Developed a set of tools to manage staff and propose appointments to customers, which I presented to the Board of Directors and deployed in other stores in the region.
• Coach monthly the sellers in the success of their job and their individual wellness by developing their selling style and their motivations.
• Partnerships with schools to accelerate the development of Orange Bank for young people.
• Training the managers of my entity in the use of data and associated tools.
