Arthur Mak is a professional with a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Computer Science from Hong Kong Baptist University.

With a rich and diverse professional background, Arthur Mak has held various key positions in top organizations. He served as the Senior Manager of Digital Product and E-Commerce at The Hongkong and Shanghai Hotels, Limited, where he led strategic initiatives and oversaw digital projects.

Prior to that, Arthur Mak also worked as the E-Commerce Manager overseeing the platform at The Hongkong and Shanghai Hotels, Limited, showcasing his expertise in digital marketing and e-commerce management.

Arthur Mak's experience also includes roles at the Shangri-La Group, where he served as the Assistant Manager in IT Product Management, Senior Analyst in IT Product Management, Senior Technical Officer in Digital Channels, and Senior Web Developer in the digital sector, displaying his versatility and proficiency in IT project management and development.

Before his time at the Shangri-La Group, Arthur Mak worked as a Programmer at NWS Transport Services Limited and as an Application Developer at Cherrypicks, further honing his technical skills and project implementation capabilities.
