Previously, he ran his own consulting firm, Arthur Lofsky GR Consulting, and held roles as a Senior Advisor in Climate Adaptation and Infrastructure, as well as Director of Policy at the Ontario Ministry of Finance.

Arthur's expertise spans across financial services, industry associations, and communications, making him a valuable asset in driving positive outcomes at the crossroads of commerce and public policy.

He also contributed to the Mayor's Transition Team in the City of Toronto and worked as a Policy Advisor and an Executive Assistant in the Ontario Ministry of Finance.
