Arthur Leong

Arthur LEONG Kian Chong is an accomplished professional with an extensive background in the financial services industry.

He holds a Master of Business Administration in Business from the University of Chicago, a Bachelor of Business Administration in Business from the National University of Singapore, and studied Business at the University of California, Berkeley.

Arthur currently serves as the Head of Strategy, Special Projects, and Fintech Investments - Group Channels and Digitalisation at United Overseas Bank Limited (UOB).

Prior to his role at UOB, he was the Practice Director and Executive Advisor for Financial Services Asia at CEB and held positions such as Business Manager for Transaction Banking Asia at ABN AMRO Bank N.V. and Management Consultant for the Financial Services Practice at Accenture.
