Arthur Kwan is a seasoned investment professional with over 18 years of experience in investment banking, capital markets, and private equity.

Throughout his career, Mr. Kwan has held key positions at reputable financial institutions such as TD Asset Management, Scotia Capital, Peters & Co., and PI Financial.

As the Managing Director of Investment Banking at PI Financial, he demonstrated exceptional skills in leading the origination, negotiation, and execution of various investment banking mandates valued at over $1 billion.

Mr. Kwan's educational background includes a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Finance from Simon Fraser University and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in International Business from Wilfrid Laurier University.

He further enriched his knowledge by studying at the European Summer School for Advanced Management at Aarhus BSS, Aarhus University.
