Arthur (Toby) Hicks
Arthur Hicks is a management consultant and entrepreneur with extensive experience in government relations and lobbying. After earning a BA in Neuroscience from the University of Pennsylvania and an MBA from Harvard Business School, Hicks co-founded FundBook, an online government relations company that quickly gained traction in the US political landscape. Prior to this, Hicks worked at Marlowe & Company, a prominent lobbying firm in Washington, DC, where he represented local governments in their dealings with the federal government.
Hicks later joined Boston Consulting Group (BCG) where he served as a consultant, project leader, principal, and a partner, advising clients on issues ranging from strategy and operations to mergers and acquisitions. Hicks also worked as an internal strategy consultant at Lunada Biomedical and as a board member at Rentelligence, Inc.
Beyond his work, Hicks has been involved in various activities such as teaching assistant at The Wharton School and as a residential advisor at the University of Pennsylvania. In addition, he has undertaken internships at the U.S. Department of State and the Computational Memory Lab.
