Arthur C. Evans, Ph.D.

Dr. Arthur C. Evans, an accomplished professional with a Ph.D. in Clinical/Community Psychology from the University of Maryland, has a diverse educational background that includes a Psychology Fellowship in Clinical & Community Psychology from Yale School of Medicine, an M.A. in Experimental Psychology from Florida Atlantic University, and a B.A. in Psychology from the same institution.

Throughout his career, Dr. Evans has held prominent positions in various organizations, such as serving as the Chief Executive Officer and Executive Vice President at the American Psychological Association. He has also contributed his expertise as Clinical Faculty at the University of Pennsylvania School of Medicine, Commissioner of the Department of Behavioral Health and Intellectual disAbility Services in the City of Philadelphia, Deputy Commissioner at the State of Connecticut Department of Mental Health and Addiction Services, Director of Managed Care at the Connecticut Department of Mental Health and Addiction Services, and as an Associate Clinical Professor in Psychiatry at Yale School of Medicine.
