Artem Zurukin

Artem Zurukin is a highly experienced Executive Search and Talent Management professional with over 15 years of experience. He has worked on numerous projects and led teams in different countries across the world, including the UK, USA, Russia, China, India, Kazakhstan, Romania, and Turkey, among others. Zurukin is one of the earliest pioneers of the Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) practice in the Eurasia region, and he has been leading RPO and talent acquisition projects since 2006.

Zurukin is highly educated, possessing a PhD in Economics from Nizhny Novgorod State Technical University named after R.Y. Alekseev (NSTU) and a Masters in Finance from Nizhny Novgorod Commercial Institute (NNCI). He also studied Executive Education Program in Entrepreneurship at MIT Sloan School of Management and got an MBA in Entrepreneurship from SKOLKOVO Moscow School of Management.

Over the years, Zurukin has held various roles in different organizations, including Advisor of RPO practice, Eurasia at Korn Ferry, and Chief Human Resources Officer for a Private Equity Fund & Family Office. He has also been a Managing Partner at I-Solutions CIS and N2Growth; HR Projects Director, Eurasia Region at Groupe Renault; and a Human Resources Director at a Holding Company and Family Office.

Zurukin's interests lie in matters concerning RPO, talent management, and HR tech with a particular focus on transformation programs geared towards organizational change.
