Art Papas

Art Papas is the CEO and Co-Founder of Bullhorn, Inc., a company he has been instrumental in developing since its inception. He began his journey with Bullhorn in 1999 as the Chief Technology Officer (CTO) and transitioned to the CEO role in July 2003, where he has continued to lead the company for over two decades. Under his leadership, Bullhorn has grown significantly, approaching $500 million in annual recurring revenue (ARR) as it nears its 25th anniversary in 2024.12

Education and Early Career

Papas holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics from Tufts University, where he graduated summa cum laude and was elected to Phi Beta Kappa. Before founding Bullhorn, he worked as a software engineer at Thomson Financial and GammaGraphX, gaining valuable experience in technology and software development.1

Contributions and Leadership

In addition to his role at Bullhorn, Papas has served on various boards, including as Chairman of the Board of Directors for Career Collaborative from 2013 to 2022 and as a board member for the Massachusetts Staffing Association.1 His extensive experience in staffing and technology has made him a notable figure in the industry, often sharing insights on staffing trends and business strategies through various platforms, including LinkedIn.14
