Art Libera is a seasoned professional known as a 'creative disrupter' in the interior design and home furnishings industry, with over two decades of experience re-positioning companies as industry innovators.

Currently serving as the Founding Partner at Design Commerce Agency, Art specializes in leveraging design licensing to establish partnerships between top American luxury designers and key retailers and manufacturers.

Simultaneously, he holds the role of Managing Director at The Roger Thomas Collection, a leading figure in design licensing initiatives. Before co-founding DCA, Art collaborated with the chief designer at Wynn Resorts to develop a multitude of design licensing partnerships encompassing furniture, lighting, decorative bath products, and jewelry.

Design Commerce Agency, under Art's leadership, has successfully created design licensing opportunities for renowned American designers such as Clodagh, Lori Weitzner, Jonathan Browning, Vicente Wolf, and Todd-Avery Lenahan.

Art's extensive involvement in design licensing partnerships originated with Koroseal Interior Products, where he spearheaded the establishment of the Koroseal Studios brand, showcasing a premium collection designed by notable artists like Evans & Brown, Sondra Alexander, Anya Larkin, Maya Romanoff, Mark Pollack, and Roger Thomas.

Furthermore, he developed a Continuing Education Unit program focused on wallcoverings, funded by Koroseal, to educate sales representatives, customers, architects, and interior designers in the industry. Art's initiatives at Koroseal also included introducing emerging talent like Tracy Reinberg through the Artists Series Program.

Art Libera's educational background includes studying Hospitality Administration/Management at California State Polytechnic University-Pomona. He commenced his career by working at the esteemed '21' Club in New York after which he returned to California to serve as the managing partner at Etienne Associates, a luxury-home development company with operations in Marin County and on the Monterey Peninsula.
