Arshdeep Aidhy boasts over a decade of experience in customer advocacy and technical project management. He has held multiple positions at Tata Communications LTD, including Enterprise Account Manager and Customer Success Manager, where he worked closely with CTOs, CIOs, VPs, IT directors, and Line of Business leaders to ensure customer satisfaction. Arshdeep's technical expertise includes Cisco Hosted Contact Center and IPT/IPCC lead roles at Tata Communications and IPsoft, respectively. Arshdeep holds a B.Tech in Electronics and Communication from PTU.
