Arnout completed his VWO at Comenius College before pursuing his MSc in Strategic Management at RSM Erasmus University. He further enhanced his skills by studying China Business at The Chinese University of Hong Kong and completing his Bachelor's degree at Tilburg University.

Arnout's career includes pivotal roles at prestigious organizations. Currently, he serves as a Senior Manager in Management Consulting focusing on Operations at PwC Vietnam. Prior to this, he was a Manager in Management Consulting at the same organization and started his journey as an Assistant Manager in Strategy. Before his time at PwC, Arnout excelled as a Project Manager of Operational Excellence at Shalom Coffee, a Consultant at &samhoud, and a Jr. Manager Telecom at Krachtenbundel Jip. His professional journey began as an Intern at Kirkman Company.
