Arno Heinrich is a Partner at McKinsey & Company, based in Paris, specializing in the European Insurance and Public Sector Practice.

With over 15 years of experience, Arno has been instrumental in advising major private and public insurance players and public finance institutions across Europe on strategic and operational challenges.

He focuses on growth strategies, bottom line optimization, and large-scale transformations for leading multi-line insurers, mutual insurance corporations, and social security institutions.

Arno has deep expertise in health insurance and healthcare financing, having advised companies and governments on health system financing reform, innovation in customer experience, data utilization for medical cost control, and provider negotiations.

In addition to his healthcare background, he has extensive experience in public finance improvement, working with ministries of finance on budgeting processes, spend reviews, procurement, and capital expenditure optimization programs.
