Arnim Wiek

Arnim Wiek is a prominent academic figure leading the Sustainable Food Economy Lab, focusing on sustainable SMEs like cooperative businesses, benefit corporations, and social enterprises within the food economy.

He actively participates in various research projects such as TRANSFORM, Processes of Sustainability Transformation, and Global Sustainable Food-Water-Energy Innovation in Urban Living Labs, each funded by different organizations.

Arnim Wiek's research interests extend to sustainability education, encompassing key competencies, innovative teaching-learning environments, and educational program development.
