In January 2022, I became the CEO of ICA-Finance, a company dedicated to investing in and developing emission reduction projects at scale in emerging markets within the oil and gas industry. During my tenure, I secured financing from OGCI Climate Investment and built a robust organization with operations in Oslo and abroad, leading activities in Nigeria, Iraq, Uzbekistan, Turkmenistan, Azerbaijan, Algeria, and Venezuela. Under my leadership, the company has produced over 10 million tonnes of CO2 equivalent emission reductions, generating a total carbon finance of over 107 million Euros to date.

Corprt.no is a Norwegian think tank that focuses on developing and disseminating best practice in board work and business management. 
The main activities include:
1. Development of recommendations: Prepare guidelines for good corporate governance that go beyond ordinary legislation, with the aim of improving board work in Norwegian companies.

2. Interdisciplinary collaboration: The think tank combines insights from business and research to create updated and relevant recommendations.

3. Continuous updating: Emphasis on an "ongoing evolutionary development" with frequent updates to keep pace with rapid changes in board work and best practices.

4. Broad target group: The recommendations are aimed at all types of businesses, from small organizations to large international groups, with a particular focus on small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs).

5. International perspective: Corprt also works with similar initiatives in Europe to strengthen Norwegian businesses' competitiveness internationally.

LiDAR - electro-optical sensors for autonomous vehicles in the automotive industry. 
In a very short time, we built up an excellent team of scientists and strategists and were able to develop a ground-breaking technology. In March, we successfully demonstrated that we could control the technology through Proof of Concepts which document the R&D work in detail. We were also successful in patenting the core concepts with solid and broad patents in a very demanding discipline. 

The investors, based in Shenzhen and Beijing, decided to change strategy and discontinue the operations in Norway.  I was given the challenging task of assisting the estate lawyers in the sale of the assets. Completed this work during July 2021.

In charge of all aspects related to the approval process of FleetMaster by various Flag Administrations and got the log book approved by the 6 first flag administrations as “World’s first”.
Last part of employment I acted as strategy advisor to the board on a consultancy basis whilst transitioning over to start up with Norse Solutions.
