Arnaud Salomon

Arnaud Salomon is the founder and CEO of Mt Pelerin, a fintech company based in Geneva, Switzerland.13 Born in 1982, Salomon is a Swiss and French citizen with a global perspective, having grown up in various countries including India and the Czech Republic.1

Education and Early Career

Salomon studied at the École Polytechnique Fédérale de Lausanne (EPFL), where he obtained:

• A Bachelor's Degree (2001-2004)
• A Master's Degree in Communication Systems with a specialization in IT security (2005-2007)2

After completing his studies, Salomon began his career as a trader in Geneva, working first in commodities and then in forex.1

Entrepreneurial Journey

Salomon's entrepreneurial spirit emerged early. At 16, he successfully ran a business building and selling computers in Prague.1 His experiences managing money across borders led him to develop a strong interest in improving financial systems.

Mt Pelerin was officially incorporated as Mt Pelerin Group SA on September 27, 2018.1 The company aims to create a new kind of financial institution leveraging blockchain technology to drive financial digitalization.3 The name "Mt Pelerin" is inspired by the Mont Pèlerin Society, reflecting the company's commitment to principles of open society, free markets, and personal liberty.3
