Arnaud's passion lies in the impact of technology on the art and science of marketing and the transformation of retail and customer experiences. He has extensive experience in the Retail & Shopper Insights business, which he founded and grew for WPP's Kantar in Asia-Pacific, Latin America, Middle East & Africa. He re-organized and grew Omnicom's Hall & Partners in Asia-Pacific and, in 2015, re-engineered and expanded Ipsos' mobile and digital operational capabilities in Asia-Pacific. Arnaud is currently the Chief Commercial Officer and Service Line Leader - Social Intelligence Analytics, APAC at Ipsos, where he leads the development of formal commercial organizations and elevates conversations with key clients.
