Arnab Seal

Arnab Seal is a seasoned Site Reliability Engineer with expertise in Solution Integration, DevOps practices, and Service Process Automation. He is an Automation Enthusiast with skills in Continuous Integration, Continuous Delivery, Continuous Deployment, and Continuous Monitoring. Arnab is well-versed in the AWS DevOps Stack and practices Infrastructure as Code. He holds a Six Sigma Green Belt certification.

Currently, Arnab works at Rackspace as a Site Reliability Engineer and DevOps Engineer, specializing in IaaS and DBaaS products. His responsibilities include constant upgrades, patching, and infrastructure solutioning. On a daily basis, Arnab utilizes technologies like Cobbler, Redfish, Python, and Ansible to automate tasks and manage a dynamic inventory of infrastructure components, encompassing a diverse range of technologies from AWS environments like Elastic Beanstalk and Mongo/RedisToGo to On-Prem MongoDB instances in Open-VZ Containers.

Previously, from February 2019 to September 2020, Arnab was a Solution Integration Engineer at Ericsson, where he worked on On-Prem VMware Integrated Openstack Private Cloud Solutioning, Deployment Automation, and Service Life Auto-healing. His skill set included Puppet, Ansible, and scripting in bash and python. Additionally, he managed AWS DevOps Pipelining and Deployment using various AWS tools.

Prior to his role at Ericsson, Arnab served as a Service Process Automation Engineer and Cloud Deployment Automation Engineer at Capgemini. There he leveraged skills in Powershell, VMWare PowerCli, Elk Stack, Bash scripting, and ServiceNow.

Arnab Seal holds a Bachelor of Technology degree in Information Technology from the Meghnad Saha Institute Of Technology. He is known among his colleagues as a smart worker, team player, and problem solver, always eager to delve deeper into technology. Arnab's certifications include Redhat Certified System Administrator, Redhat Certified Engineer, Redhat Certified Openstack Administrator, Redhat Certified Virtualization Administrator, and Redhat Certified Jboss Administrator.
