Arjun Natarajan is the Founder & Chairman of A&J Consulting International, a Management Consulting and Investment Firm specializing in cross-border expansion and entry to new markets.

With a focus on assisting Chinese businesses in global expansion and supporting overseas investment in China and India, Arjun's expertise lies in right-sourcing suitable partnership firms, corporate establishment, and facilitating cross-border interactions.

Arjun brings to the table a wealth of experience with a dual national background in China and India, coupled with over 20 years of experience in entrepreneurship, cross-border business development, financial & real estate risk advisory, and investments.

Educationally, Arjun holds a Master of Science (MS) in Global Entrepreneurship and Innovation from emlyon business school, a degree in Management, Entrepreneurship, and Global Leadership from The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE), and a Bachelor of Engineering (BE) in Mechatronics Engineering from Anna University.
