Arj Selvam

Arj Selvam is a versatile professional with a strong educational background and diverse industry experience. He holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering and a Bachelor of Commerce with a focus on Banking, Corporate Finance, Law, and Finance from The University of Western Australia. Additionally, he studied Engineering at Rmit University. Arj has held various key roles in different organizations, demonstrating leadership and strategic skills. He is the Founder of Crosby Industries and has previously worked as the Head of Expansion at Skillshare, overseeing growth initiatives. Arj has also contributed to the expansion of Uber in Australia and New Zealand. He served as the Startup Grind - Sydney Chapter Director at Startup Grind, showcasing his entrepreneurial spirit. Prior to these roles, he founded Provedere, worked as a Strategy Analyst at Vodafone, managed his own venture at Arj Selvam, and received the Ceed Scholarship from the Department Of Housing. Arj also has hands-on technical experience, having worked as a Mechanical Engineer at Rio Tinto and gained financial insights as a Financial Analyst Intern at Bp.
