Arif Siddiqi
Arif Siddiqi is an accomplished semiconductor design engineer with over 15 years of experience in high-speed and ultra-low power analog and custom digital design. He has worked on a wide range of projects, including voltage regulators, charge pumps for negative and positive body-bias generation, multi-standard SERDES, PLL, high-speed DAC, phase interpolator, linear and non-linear equalizers, serializers, and deserializers for leading-edge CMOS technologies.
Arif holds a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Engineering and Technology, Taxila, and a Master's degree in Electrical Engineering from Carleton University. He has worked at a variety of companies in the semiconductor industry, including GLOBALFOUNDRIES, Xilinx, Sound Design Technologies, AppliedMicro, Synopsys, and others. In his current role as Team Lead Custom Digital and Analog DTCO - SMTS Design Engineer, he leverages his extensive expertise in Cadence ADE, Virtuoso, IR/EM analysis tools, Hierarchy Editor, SpectreRF, Mentor Graphics IC station, Calibre, Synopsys HSPICE, FineSim, and more to drive innovation and advance the state of the art in semiconductor design.
