Previously, Ariel was the Chief Innovation Officer at Hummingbird Wholesale, a family business specializing in food systems development. During her tenure, she excelled in various roles, including sales, marketing, website development, customer service, and strategy. She also played a significant role in the creation of The Hazel People, a highly innovative Oregon-based startup that produces the world's finest Hazel Nutmilk. As the Brand Strategist, she was responsible for bringing the brand to life, using her creativity and innovation to create a unique and playful identity.

Ariel holds a Bachelor's degree in Human Development with an emphasis in Counseling and Psychology from Prescott College. Her educational background has been instrumental in helping her connect with people, understand their needs, and provide them with the right guidance and support.
