Ari Sauvolainen

Ari Sauvolainen is a highly experienced program management professional with a successful track record in complex and dynamic environments. His leadership skills are backed by his ability to build strong relationships, solve complex problems, and motivate people to achieve targets and maximize performance and profitability. With over 20 years of experience in the high technology industries, he has successfully managed projects in product development, manufacturing, and aftermarket channels in international and domestic environments. Ari has gained deep insight into SW and IT project deliveries on manufacturing and delivery processes on various industry areas both in Finland and abroad. His background includes program management, release train engineering, IT/IS project planning and management, budgeting, financial planning, management training and mentoring, and people management in multisite environments.

Ari Sauvolainen's empathy, team-building, and engineering expertise have enabled him to assume various roles throughout his professional journey. Before managing projects for YIT - a major construction and building company, Ari held the Development Manager, Agile Solutions position at Lemminkäinen Oyj. Prior to that, he was a Program Manager at Symphony Teleca, a product Program Manager at Nokia Oyj, and a Project Manager at Finnelpro Oy.
