Ari Parritz is the Minnesota Development Director at Vermilion Development, overseeing operations in the Minneapolis St. Paul area with a focus on site acquisition, due diligence, underwriting, entitlements, capital markets, marketing, and contractor management.
Before joining Vermilion, Ari pursued a Master of Business Administration degree with a concentration in real estate and finance at Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management. Ari holds a Bachelor of Arts in Public Policy from the University of Michigan and has a robust professional background with experiences at Reuter Walton Development, Afton Park Development, Hudson Advisors, Forest City Ratner Companies, JPMorgan Chase, and Target.
