Ari Kastrati

Ari Kastrati is the newly promoted Chief Content, Hospitality and Development Officer at MGM Resorts International, effective December 5, 2024.13 He has over 25 years of experience in the hospitality industry and joined MGM Resorts in 2010.12 In his expanded role, Kastrati oversees global design and development efforts, sports and entertainment partnerships, and drives the company's hospitality strategy, including food and beverage and nightlife concepts.34

Prior to his recent promotion, Kastrati served as Chief Hospitality Officer at MGM Resorts, where he was responsible for driving non-gaming strategic operations and creating guest-centric strategies.2 His career at MGM Resorts includes roles such as Corporate Senior Vice President Food & Beverage Strategy and Vice President of Food & Beverage.5 Before joining MGM, Kastrati held a leadership role at the San Francisco-based restaurant group Mina.15

Kastrati reports directly to CEO Bill Hornbuckle and serves on MGM Resorts' executive committee.13 He is known for his keen sense of consumer preferences and cutting-edge insights in global luxury and entertainment.4 Kastrati's expertise is considered essential for MGM Resorts' future growth and expansion into luxury destinations worldwide.34
