Ari Buchler is a seasoned PE Deal Advisor, Operating Partner, Board Member, LP, and angel investor with a rich background in executive operations and corporate development.

He brings extensive experience in company-scaling, M&A, IPOs, business development, and international endeavors, having held significant roles in private (venture, private equity) and public (Nasdaq, London) companies.

Ari's expertise spans across various industries such as Cybersecurity, B2B SaaS, Cloud, Enterprise Software, FinTech, LegalTech, Digital Transformation, and Healthcare and Life Sciences technologies.

His specialties include corporate strategy, global M&A (involving over 40 deals), deal sourcing, IPOs on major exchanges like Nasdaq and LSE, international expansion strategies, software sales business development, and licensing, as well as legal and HR matters.

Ari Buchler has been involved in several successful exits, serving as a Board Member for STI during its sale, leading Phase Forward through an IPO and eventual sale, managing the IPO process for Sophos, and advising on sales for CloudLock and TrialNetworks among other venture and PE fund exits.

In terms of education, Ari studied JD Law at Columbia Law School and earned his BA in Political Science with Special Honors Curriculum at Hunter College.

Prior to his corporate roles, Ari has also been involved in Naval Warfare Systems at IDF - Israel Defence Forces.
