•	Launch is an education non-profit that commits to the philosophy that every child has an opportunity to a brilliant start. I worked as an afterschool kindergarten teacher and was responsible for looking after a classroom of 15-18 students a day. As an enrichment teacher, I was responsible for leading activities in reading, writing, arts and crafts and basic math for my students. We also focused to teaching kids necessary skills like understanding and having empathy for others, working together as a team, sharing, listening skills, etc.

•	Assisted the Budget Manager with ad hoc projects and conducted projections, calculated allocations into various city funding sources and formatted financial data in excel using pivot tables and SQL. Worked to help facilitate the city’s upgrade to a new financial system by creating FAQ’s and reviewing the new coding structure for Project and Activity I.D’s for grants and other fund sources.
•	Programmed a package of customized functions for Excel in VBA as well as a program algorithm for auto-generated numbered list formatting. The functions are now used by the department for calculating grant match amounts and indirect rates.

Finance Analyst Intern

•	The Seattle Housing Authority’s Budget Department is a sector of it Financial Department that is responsible for monitoring, maintaining, and projecting the budget. As a Budget Analyst intern, I was responsible for assisting the Budget Analysts by formatting the budget and getting them uploaded to the online submission database. 
•	Was also responsible for maintaining budget reports data with a Software called InSight and attending meetings between different departments and the budget office concerning the departments costs and revenues to determine budget level.
