He is currently the Chief Executive Officer of 7 Acquisition Corp, a board member and external investment advisory committee member of various entities. LeeKong's extensive experience in management and finance includes being the Executive Chairman of Organix Recycling, where he led the largest pre-consumer food waste hauling company in the United States, diverting over 550,000 tons of food waste annually to more sustainable uses.

Prior to his CEO position at 7 Acquisition Corp, LeeKong was a Managing Director at Highbridge Principal Strategies and a Co-Portfolio Manager of the Strategic Capital Partners strategy. He had worked as a director at KKR & Co. Inc., where he was a member of their Capital Markets team.
