Finance Operations covers:
-Collection of receivable from partnership and offline business
-Ensure timely payment to internal company and external parties
-Managing operations liquidity in all subsidiaries
-Liaise with payment channel gateways, partners, and bank on day to day operations
-Payment to insurances and partners

Customer Experience:
-Ensure deliverance of high CSAT performance
-Establishing SOPs and improvement

-Create trackability performance matrix to measure SLA
-Oversee day to day process to ensure accurate deliverance

Sr Manager Operations Exellence

• Manage a team of operations finance associates and operations finance analysts who supports the operations of the Company’s transactional services, which includes but not limited to reconciliation of receipts across all supported payment channels, maintenance of escrow accounts, execution of payout instructions along with its financial and bank reconciliation for reporting purposes
• Sign off on daily and month-end financial reconciliation reports for activities arising from operations of the Company’s transactional services for submission to Finance Team 
• Monitor and maintain liquidity across all operating accounts
• Approve and release bulk and high value payment channel transactions on day to day basis to support the Company’s transactional services
• Liaise with payment channel gateways and/or partners on day to day operations, exception handling, service level agreement and monitoring
• Maintain receivables account for all payment gateaway channel
• Work closely with Business Development, Legal and KYC/AMLCFT teams for addressing inquiries and issues

Responsible in estimating and reporting actual Traveloka sources of revenue across ASEAN countries from flights and partnership program.  Ensure appropriate billings are charged from airlines. Monitoring outstanding AR billing to external parties

Lead a team with four team members.

Developing automation for current on-going business. Create logical concept for sales reconciliation method along with improvement in current business process. Establishing SOP to work within AR team.

Preparing team to migrate from manual process to Oracle.

Started as Management Trainee (MT), the first three months were getting to know the core business of Danone and job rotation to sub Finance division (Reporting, Commercial Finance, Operation Finance and Accounting). During MT Program there were three times quarterly review in which I created Stock Keeping Unit Profitability Analysis.

Post MT: responsible for forecasting and reporting Operating Free Cash Flow (OFCF) and Working Capital. Maintaining SKU profitability report
