Arden Karson

Arden Karson is a third-generation South Florida real estate professional with a strong background in development, asset management, brokerage, marketing, sales, and capital raising.

She is the founder of KARSON & CO, a Florida real estate brokerage focused on investment opportunities, capital raising, and property development.

Arden holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BA in International Relations from Tufts University.

Throughout her career, Arden has held executive positions at notable companies like CBRE, Bank of America, Arvida/JMB Partners, Lennar Corporation, Barrow Street Capital, LNR Property Corp, Advenir Real Estate, and The Related Group.

Her expertise includes due diligence, joint ventures, property management, leasing, marketing, advertising, loan assets management, and overall business operations.

Arden has been recognized with prestigious awards such as South Florida Business Journal Power Leader, Bisnow's Miami Power Women in Commercial Real Estate, Florida Trend's Most Influential Business Leader, and Miami Today's Achiever award.

She is a financial expert according to the Sarbanes-Oxley Act and serves on the boards of various organizations including the University of Miami MRED+U, ULI of South Florida and the Caribbean, Miami Realtors, and ECI Group.

Arden is actively involved in philanthropy, notably as a 'Heavy Hitter' fundraiser for Sylvester Cancer Center and as a former board member of several organizations supporting education and real estate endeavors.
