Archi Sarkar-Goyal is a seasoned leader who has carved a niche for herself in the tech industry. Sarkar-Goyal completed her studies in Literature & Linguistics and Journalism from the University of Calcutta and Northwestern University, respectively. She then went on to work as a journalist at The Times of India and later moved to the Bennett, Coleman and Co. Ltd. (Times Group) as a Manager - Strategic Accounts. A few years later, Sarkar-Goyal made a career change and joined Google as a Partner Operations Manager. She then worked her way up the ranks to become Lead, Program Manager - Media Quality (Google News) and Lead, Program Manager - Ads & Commerce (Google Express).

Currently, Sarkar-Goyal is the Director, Program Management - Business Operations at Confluent, a streaming platform that enables real-time data processing. She previously held the role of Head of Technical Program Management (TPM) & Product Operations at Confluent. In her current role, she leverages her expertise in program management and product strategy to drive operational excellence and customer success.
