Arcady Khotin

Arcady Khotin is an international entrepreneur specializing in managing outsourced software development, web design and development, consulting and testing, and IT recruiting projects. He has founded and co-founded several companies and startups in Russia, the US, and Finland. His most notable achievements include being a co-founder of Arcadia, one of the first professional software development companies in Russia, and co-founding the first Russian software developers association, Russoft.

Khotin has also served as Chairman of the Board at Physilect Oy, Managing Director at Ardin Software OY, and Co-Director at Founder Institute, among other notable positions. His educational background includes studying Electrical, Electronics and Communications Engineering at Saint Petersburg State University of Aerospace and Instrumentation, among other studies.
