Arathi Ravier

Arathi Ravier is an accomplished professional with a passion for helping underserved populations access employment and education. Arathi completed her Bachelor of Arts in Development Economics and International Development at The George Washington University and went on to study for her Master of Science at Harvard School of Public Health. She has held senior positions at Year Up as Senior Director for Scalable Solutions, where she was responsible for developing and implementing the organization's strategic initiatives. Additionally, Arathi has extensive experience in digital marketing and has worked as a consultant for several organizations, including ChildFund International and International Rescue Committee.

Arathi has also founded her own consulting firm, ClarityCollective Consulting, and has worked as a Program Manager at the Francois-Xavier Bagnoud Center for Health and Human Rights at Harvard School of Public Health. She has also held positions as a Regional Manager at Community Enterprise Solutions and a Notre Dame Realize Fellow at Accion.
