Arash Rakhshan

Arash Rakhshan is a seasoned software engineer, entrepreneur, and product lead with over 15 years of experience in large enterprises and fast-paced startups. His technical skills are top-notch, but he decided to bridge the gap between his software expertise and product/business management. Arash has a Master's degree in Artificial Intelligence and Data Mining from The University of Texas at Arlington and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science and Engineering from Sharif University of Technology.

Arash has held various positions in his career, including Director of Product Engineering at Bigstream and Engineering Manager at Southwest Airlines. He was also the Founder & CEO of Dagizmo, a startup where he faced firsthand the challenges of KPIs, UI/UX decisions, customer acquisition, pricing, packaging, sales, customer success and retention. Arash has also worked as a Senior Enterprise Architect at NetSeer, Inc., Principal Software Engineer at L.L.Bean, and Senior Software Engineer - Scrum Master at PDX, Inc. He started his career as a research staff at the National Science Foundation (NSF).

Arash has studied Scrum Master Certification, Agile Software Methodology at Mountain Goat Software. He's a hands-on software engineer, a visionary product lead, and a scrappy entrepreneur who has dealt with new challenges throughout his career.
