Establish and execute a data collection and analysis process to present and communicate results to SDC for project steering decisions;
Lead in the knowledge gathering, knowledge sharing and consultation process. 
Ensure timely technical reporting to the donors and GoB regulators according to the agreed reporting schedule.
Establish and maintain operational and administrative procedures in line with Swisscontact corporate and country manual to manage the project 
Ensure that yearly budgets for the overall programme is developed and approved on time, quarterly budget forecasts are made and updated based on quarterly progress;

As the Technical Advisor, leading the design and implementation of WSS lending project funded by Water.org. Primarily responsible for project design, leading market assessment, partnership management.
