Arabo R. Soleymani

Arabo R. Soleymani is a highly skilled and motivated professional with diverse experience in the digital and supply chain world. He is an alumnus of Uppsala and Umeå University and has studied Black Belt, Process improvement, and work-flow at 6σ (Six Sigma), Digital Business at Hyper Island, and leadership and business development program at IMD Business School. Arabo has worked for several global companies in different roles and responsibilities, ranging from a Logistic Coordinator to a Development Manager. He has also been a Co-founder & part owner of TMPL Solutions AB, a Guidance Counselor at Uppsala kommun, and a Process Design and Facilitation expert at Hyper Island. Arabo is currently working as Tech, Transformation & Organizational Development at DAC STUDIO, where his selective ability to distinguish what is important has been significant in the team's accomplishments. He is perceived as a highly driven and inspiring team player who sets structure, raises the soft values for the teams, and establishes high-performing teams.
