Aquanetta Betts

Aquanetta Betts, J.D., AEP®, CAP®, CFRE, is an accomplished professional with a diverse background in law, fundraising, and philanthropy. Aquanetta holds a Juris Doctor degree from Nova Southeastern University—Shepard Broad School of Law and has also pursued legal studies at the University of Baltimore School of Law. She completed her Bachelor of Arts in English Language and Literature/Letters at Florida International University and holds a certificate in African Studies from the same institution.

Currently, Aquanetta Betts serves as the Senior Executive Director of Planned Giving for the East Region at World Vision, where she leverages her expertise to drive philanthropic initiatives and manage estate planning strategies. Prior to her role at World Vision, she ran her own law firm, the Law Office of Aquanetta J. Betts, LLC, showcasing her abilities as an attorney. Additionally, Aquanetta has experience in the airline industry, having worked as a Flight Attendant at American Airlines in the past.
