Delivery Manager

-Lead a team of 15 operations associates through the transition away from Nielsen and through multiple restructures, while still maintaining all SLAs with quality.

-Lead rollout of new tools and processes, including expansion into 48 new markets

-Process owner responsible for the quality and timeliness of music data processing, data deliverables to Billboard and hundreds of other clients

-Drive coordination and communication between multiple internal and external teams across all levels of seniority, including clients ranging from multi-conglomerate distributors, independent labels, and individual artists

-Heavily involved in the Agile development process of features for a proprietary back end processing software; using Jira to define user requirements and use cases for improvements, prioritization of efforts in development planning increments, performing UAT of new functionality, ensuring documentation and training of team members was complete.

-Coordinate workflow between teams in multiple locations both on and offshore, in order to drive production for daily and weekly processing.

Notable projects include:
MRC Data FTP Transition — 7/2020- 3/2021
Orchestrated and executed a transition of over 800 individual client FTP user accounts to a new SFTP server, with minimal disruption to clients and operations staff. This included individualized and direct communication with each client, constant coordination with internal Engineering, Commercial, and Content teams.

Nielsen SoundScan Retirement — 11/2018 - 12/2019
Key operations stakeholder and participant of sunsetting the 28 year old legacy flagship product Nielsen SoundScan.

Delivery Lead

Performed operational tasks for Nielsen Entertainment's SoundScan, VideoScan, and BookScan products, which included: sales data management, process development and management, intensive data analysis, troubleshooting process and data anomalies, client management, external communication with all levels of data providers and Billboard stakeholders, internal communication across multiple levels of the business, and coordination of a mixed onshore/offshore team.

In addition to my regular tasks, I drove the defining of operational requirements of sales processing for the development of a new, proprietary back end software. Once development was complete, I was responsible for UAT and providing any feedback.

Performed operational tasks for Nielsen Entertainment's SoundScan, VideoScan, and BookScan products, which included: sales data management, data analysis, troubleshooting client reporting issues, external communication with all levels of data providers, internal communication across teams, and coordination with multiple teams.

Analyst

Responsible for several departments integral to success of the hotel by overseeing all aspects of the housekeeping department, oversee and train new front desk agents, perform duties of an accounting clerk, handle house banks and deposits, perform guest recovery measures, assist with social media presence, order and receive necessary supplies, and assist in landing sales contracts.
