April Baer

April Baer is a highly educated professional with a Doctor of Education in Education from Frostburg State University, a Master of Arts in Communication from East Carolina University, and a Bachelor of Arts in Communication and Public Relations from East Carolina University.

She has a diverse work background, having served as the Assistant Equal Opportunity Officer at NC State University and held various key positions at Frostburg State University, including Interim Title IX Coordinator, Deputy Title IX Coordinator, Director of Student Wellness, and Coordinator for University Wellness.

April Baer has also worked as the Director of Investigations and Title IX Compliance at Appalachian State University and as an Instructor of Business and Professional Communication at East Carolina University.
