Apoorv Garg

Apoorv Garg is a forward-thinking professional with a passion for disruptive technologies that drive global change.

He holds a Master of Engineering in Industrial Engineering and Operations Research from the University of California, Berkeley, and a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from Delhi College of Engineering.

Apoorv began his career at Maruti Suzuki before transitioning to Tesla in 2017, where he spearheaded the launch and expansion of electric vehicle programs, including Model 3, Model S, and Model X.

His role at Tesla involved overseeing the global supply chain for Model 3 and Model Y, contributing to Tesla's growth in China, Europe, and the US.

In 2020, Apoorv joined Prometheus Fuels, a Direct Air Capture startup, as Director of Supply Chain, emphasizing sustainable practices in aviation fuel production.

In 2022, he co-founded altM, a company focused on sustainable materials, driven by his belief in the potential of alternative materials for a greener future.

Apoorv's diverse experience spans executive roles at altM and Prometheus, as well as key positions at Tesla and Maruti Suzuki, showcasing his expertise in supply chain management, new product introduction, and program leadership.
