Apo Demirtas is a seasoned professional with over 30 years of leadership experience in the hospitality industry, specializing in operations, strategy, revenue management, sales and marketing, distribution, and business intelligence.

Starting his hotel management career at a young age, Apo has worked with renowned international hospitality companies such as Hilton Hotels Corporation, Cendant Corporation, InterContinental Hotels Group, and Jumeirah Group.

Apo is the Founder & Chief Executive Officer of Intelligent Hospitality, a company focused on hotel analytics and business intelligence solutions. He is known for developing the innovative HotelIQ Decision Cloud®.

With a Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management, a Master's degree from Florida International University, and doctoral level work in Applied Economics at Ohio State University, Apo combines practical experience with academic excellence in the field of hospitality.

His vast expertise spans strategy, branding, operations, sales, marketing, distribution, and revenue management across various hospitality segments, from luxury hotels to select service properties.

Apo has held prominent roles such as Chief Commercial Officer at Jumeirah Group, where he led Market Strategy, Sales, Marketing, Brand Management, PR & Corporate Communications, Distribution, and Revenue Management for the group.
