Blair Barnhardt is a pavement management, distress evaluation, recycling, and preservation expert with over 17 years of experience teaching college-level classes and delivering certificate programs on these topics. He has worked for CP, CIR, HIR, and FDR firms bidding asphalt recycling, soil stabilization, concrete, and asphalt paving work, generating $11.5 million in revenue. As the CEO of The Barnhardt Group, Blair has saved his clients money by providing expert pavement management training and services, including MicroPAVER and StreetSaver pavement evaluation surveys. He has also set up complete public works crews for three privatized cities and administers training workshops for state DOTs across the country.

Blair holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from Mohawk College and has taught at numerous universities, including Auburn University and UC Berkeley. He is the author of the Amazon #1 Best Selling Book, The Book on Better Roads.
