Aparna Nadig
Associate Professor at McGill University
Aparna Nadig is a researcher and Associate Professor at McGill University in the School of Communication Sciences and Disorders, overseeing the PoP Lab.
Her research primarily focuses on social cognition and language development in both neurotypical individuals and those on the autism spectrum, spanning from early childhood to adulthood.
Aparna Nadig is actively involved in promoting social inclusion for individuals with autism by creating innovative support and intervention programs in collaboration with autistic individuals, practitioners, and community groups.
She holds a Ph.D. in Cognitive Science from Brown University and has also studied at Université de Strasbourg.
Prior to her current position, Aparna Nadig served as an Assistant Professor at McGill University and as a Postdoctoral Fellow at the University of California, Davis.
