Anzar Hasan, MBA, CISSP, CISM, CCISO

Anzar Hasan is a seasoned technology leader with over 20 years of experience in the fields of information technology, cybersecurity, and digital innovation. He currently serves as the Ambassador for the Gartner Peer Community, a role he has held since August 2023, where he provides insights and perspectives as an industry expert in IT, information systems, and cybersecurity. In this position, he engages with fellow professionals to share knowledge and experiences within the community.1

In addition to his role at Gartner, Anzar Hasan is the Vice President of Strategy, Digital and Innovation at Wells Fargo, where he has been instrumental in shaping the strategic direction and digital transformation efforts of the bank since July 2021. His responsibilities include managing digital capabilities and evolving business models to meet customer needs.1

He holds several professional certifications, including MBA, CISSP (Certified Information Systems Security Professional), CISM (Certified Information Security Manager), and CCISO (Certified Chief Information Security Officer), which highlight his expertise in security and compliance.1 Anzar is also actively involved in mentoring at Southern Methodist University and has served as the Chair of the IEEE Consumer Technology Society in Dallas, Texas.1
