Anuuj P Tiwari is a seasoned Talent Acquisition Leader with over 16 years of experience across the USA, SEA, India, and GCC countries. With extensive knowledge in digital and technology recruiting across Consulting, Analytics, Retail and E-commerce business, Tiwari has worked in different leadership roles towards the recruitment of senior executives across APAC markets.

During that time, he has managed CXO searches & leadership recruiting while also assuming a talent advisory role for global stakeholders, driving talent agenda & priorities. He has led diversified talent teams and driven campus recruiting for future talent management. Anuuj has also transformed Talent Acquisition technology with the implementation of ATS and Bots & RPA for competency-based AI-driven psychometric assessments.

With a background in executive education from the Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad, Anuuj has acquired several qualifications from top universities such as Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University and Symbiosis International University.

Before joining the Landmark group, where he currently works as the Group Head, Talent Acquisition, he has held several senior positions such as Associate Vice President, Talent Acquisition at Deloitte, HR Head, APAC at SapientNitro, and Manager, Hiring at SapinetNitro.
